I just received mine and to enable the icon i just had to scroll down the notification panel, turn game space on, then on the top left you can add the icon to your tablet homepage

That's frustrating Dave. From what the commentator Keem said, it could be a firmware issue. So this may resolve itself when youre updated to a newer version. Though that does raise the question as to why they would release any version of their operating system that doesnt have the game launcher.

Alright, Kevin. I did update to the latest Redmagic software and it didn’t sort out the problem. Android itself has options for the Android launcher and within that there’s an option for Game Space. However, once selected you are stuck in that mode and can’t exit without going back to the Android settings and changing back to the Google launcher 😆 It’s a f…ing mess 😆 To be honest, as far as performance is concerned, the phone is performing better as far as heat management is concerned. Using the same settings for Warzone that I use on the phone, the tablet was between 32 to 45FPS. Cheers, Dave.

@@DavidHarry That's frustrating though the temperature seems good so hopefully the tablet can be improved in the next firmware update. I'm just surprised they've launched with such an important feature missing.

@@KevinMuldoon Alright, Kevin. I’ve now done a reset and the Game Space option is now showing. However there are performance issues compared to the Pro 9 phone, which technically doesn’t have as powerful a processor. They both the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 but the Nova is clocked higher. UK found it in the quick start not highlighted turn it on and it allows in software to place icon on screen so you do not have to turn it on all the time. Hope that helps 512Gb version

Hi! I had an update to the android system that i had to downlad manually. when i pulled from the top (notification center) you can find the game center there and then you could pin it to the main home screen. Its called game space.

Hi. I updated my tablet but the option was still missing. I then done a factory reset and the Game Space was there, exactly where it should be. Very odd.

I’m in the UK, bought this from red magic UK, I have the game space, don’t have Diablo mode however only rise, balance and eco!

That’s interesting, thanks 👍 Where does Game Space appear on yours? BTW, you can get at Diablo mode in the individual settings per game. Scroll down the left column, that’s where the “plugins” are, and Diablo mode is last in the list. Cheers, Dave.

Whether the function is not actually implemented or not being able to use it are two different things. RedMagic Nova devices have such gaming menu.

@@DavidHarry When you activate a game, at the beginning of it a game mode will open, which will optimize its performance. Inside the game, once loaded, by swiping towards the center from the two outer sides, the control panel will open, where in addition to having the possibility of setting three different frequency modes of the CPU and GPU, there will be many other useful tools!

Seems to be your unit , ive seen other KZbinrs launch the gaming mode from the drop down menu the game space button is right next to the charge sep button so the fact that its missing from yours means that its probably your unit and you probably need to send that back or wait for an update

If others have gaming mode enabled by default, they must have a newer firmware version. 👍

Yes, it’s definitely an issue with my unit. However, after updating to the latest sofware/firmware the issue is still there. I’m just interested to see if anyone else has this problem. Plus I will be using this video as proof for my support request to RedMagic. Cheers, Dave.

​@@EndermanAPM Hi, yes I did, I mention that in one of the video descriptions. However, the transfer was from the setup for my Redmagic 9 Pro, which also has the Game Space game launcher anyway. This tablet does have Game Space all you have to do is enabling it - Diablo Mode is better used for Emulation, using rise mode is more than enough for android games Warzone Mobile is a disgrace, and a piece of shit when it comes to optimisation, you'll rather play combat master than this garbage.

Its one of the strongest tablets i ever used and it super sensitive that some gamer would think its lagging but just raise the antimisstouch to level 3 and it will be completely faster than the ipad pro m4
