Using it, I honestly don't notice any latency. when you play with it the responsiveness is instant. maybe it seems slowed down because of the 25 FPS I recorded with, I don't know. When I tried it I didn't notice any delays

Hola excelente video, estaba pensando comprarme estos días el R9 Pro y de paso ese GamePad ¿De casualidad sabes si al Jugar CoDM este te empareja con jugadores de emulador como si tuvieras un control conectado? O ¿Hace el mapeo de forma que pareciera que solo estas usando el táctil sin ningún dispositivo adicional?

Intenté ahora ver si detecta el joypad, cuando abro Cod me dice joypad conectado. Pero no pude encontrar una coincidencia. Cuando vuelva del trabajo lo intentaré de nuevo esta tarde y os contaré. sin embargo, en lo que respecta al R9 Pro, puedo decirles que es un teléfono excelente. Imagino que si COD no reconoce automáticamente el controlador, existe la posibilidad de mapearlo externamente con la aplicación redmagic.

Hola, puedo confirmar que el gamepad funciona perfectamente, los trackpads desaparecen y es como jugar a una PSP o switch. Todo funciona perfectamente en el R9 Pro.

Hey... I have this exact same set up with the RM 9 pro. The issue I have now is that there's no sound via the 3.5mm jack on the gamepad when i have this plugged in. It still plays audio via the phone's speakers, even though i have headphones plugged in. Do you experience same? Any way around this? Thanks.

Honestly, I haven't tried with headphones, is your smartphone connected well? I'll give it a try and let you know if it works. If it contacts redmagic, it could also be a factory error.

You need to enable audio through usb on developer settings

@@Fibo-ll4ik Thanks... Do you own a redmagic as well? Because I can't find that option in the developer settings. Only option there relating to USB audio is to "Disable USB audio routing" and it's currently not selected but still sound blaring from speakers when gamepad is connected.

I tryed now to put the headphones, first time don't work like you. But I open the Goper app for external accesories (it's a chinese app with icone red and white, and i connected the redmagic shadowblade 2, and the audio start to work. In this app you have the possibility to upgrade the joypad and modify all settings

Mirándolos con atención parecen el mismo joypad, compré el redmagic porque compré el teléfono móvil redmagic 9 pro y vi que los materiales son realmente buenos. Puedo decirles que estoy muy contento con el Shadow Blade 2 y responde muy bien. Supongo que si compras el g8 podrías obtener las mismas funciones a un mejor precio. Principalmente quizás cambie la apariencia.

De hecho son prácticamente lo mismo, solo que con diferentes apariencias y nombres, pasa lo mismo con el shadow blade 1 y el game sir x2 pro, pero debo reconocer que me agradan más los de red magic 👍🏻

La pellicola l'ha già sul display ma è una pellicola un po' sottile non so quanto possa aiutare. Io ho comprato la loro pellicola originale ma è uno schifo, difficile da applicare mi rimaneva un filo di aria o sopra o da una parte alla fine l'ho buttata. Ho messo la pellicola da Gamestop quella a 30 euro poi la puoi cambiare quante volte vuoi pagando 7 euro. Vedi se trovi su Amazon qualcosa pure quelle nn valgono tutti sto soldi, a me hanno dovuto applicarla 3 volte ma ci sta erano rinco quelli che la mettevano

Ciao mi è arrivato il telefono ma in standby mi da un problema, ovvero a schermo nero fa tutte delle righe bianche come se il display LCD è danneggiato ma quando lo sblocco funziona tutto perfettamente, ti capita anche a te?

You have to create a folder inside your phone, via USB cable, load the games into the folder for example yuzu. From the yuzu application you search for the yuzu folder and set it as the main folder for games. Then the games appear in the list.

I think the two Joypads are very similar, this redmagic one has a more attractive look. I personally got it with the redmagic 9 pro. Qualitatively it is very good, like the mobile phone, they have excellent materials. What you want to take is up to you, based on what you want to spend.

it's exactly the same hardware, just a rebrand. Gamesir is the one who made it, but they partenered with redmagic and offer them the model while getting a percentage of the revenue. That's why the redmagic is more expensive, because they need to cover that percentage that goes to gamesir while also making profit.

As for the setup, for most games, the controller works automatically, as if you put on an Xbox controller. I don't have the PlayStation 5 controller but I do have the Xbox One controller. Everything works perfectly and detects it automatically. You can also connect it to a larger screen if you want and play via controller.

Ciao, Cod ancora non l'ho provato, se vai nelle impostazioni di gioco non hai la possibilità di mettere controller Xbox? Si vede che sto gioco ancora non è stato ottimizzato. Io sto giocando a star wars hunter e mi rileva tutto in automatico ma ad esempio genshin impact non lo fa, ma con nessun joypad a quanto pare. Quindi non funzionano i tasti se provi ad impostarli tu?

Probabilmente sbagli tu qualcosina a mappare, ho visto gente che usa i gamepad su giochi che non lo supportano e funzionano benissimo. Volendo cerca qualche video che sicuro lo trovi. Per quanto riguarda i trigger nn li so usare, mi ci dovrei mettere e capire.

Hai provato ad utilizzare l'app accessori esterni quando colleghi il pad? A me ieri non rilevava le cuffie quando connettevo al gamepad, poi aprendo questa app, mi ha rilevato il dispositivo ed ha iniziato a funzionare al 100%. Da la dentro ho visto che c'è la possibilità di modificare anche tutti i comandi per tutti i giochi, forse funziona se provi da la. L'app, ha una scritta cinese in rosso e bianco, la vedi subito.

Looking at them carefully they look like the same joypad, I got the redmagic because I bought the redmagic 9 pro mobile phone and I saw that the materials are really good. I can tell you that with the shadow blade 2, I am very happy with it and it is very responsive. I assume if you buy the g8 you could get the same features at a better price. Mainly perhaps it changes the appearance.

At 700 bucks, it's a steal but, I bought the galaxy s24 ultra instead which, kinda pretty much a better phone overall, even though they use the same snap dragon chip. Maybe I may get that as a side phone later on down the road. I just found out about the redmagic9 several days after I bought my S24 Ultra lol

Galaxy S24 Ultra is a nice phone, but the price is exaggerated. Up until now I have always had Galaxy, but this time I wanted to change. I was looking at the Rog Phone 8, but with the same performance, the Redmagic costs half as much and the materials are very good. I will be doing my unboxing and testing video of this phone soon. For now I'm feeling really good.

@JohnFire91 galaxy is definitely overpriced for sure! All flag ship phones are! but is the galaxy worth it? Hell yeah it is lol. I do agree with you, though, about the high price tag. A year later, that's when they sell the phone at the right price they should've originally sold it for at launch. I think the s24 Def has a better-looking display as well as a way better camera over the redmagic9. Still, the redmagic9 looks like a very good phone. I found out about it after I bought my S24. I'll probably get a redmagic in a month or two down the line. Very nice phone indeed.

Really strange, it works for me with all games. Maybe you have to set the joypad from the Chinese app of redmagic, it's called external accessories, from here you can do the joystick settings

You have redmagic or another phone? If you have another phone I think you can download the redmagic app and settings. If you have redmagic switch the smartphone in game mode and you can modify what you want 🫡

Just got this. Very disappointed. 'A' button has the bouncing effect when you press it. You get a red light indicating the button is malfunctioning at least. Lets hope Red Magic fixes it and sends me another one that doesn't bust after 2 weeks :(
