Its pretty much the most powerful thing on the techno system, its kinda ridiculous. Record from the drone mode on the techno system into the Samplr and boom, your eating notes and tones just like you did from the spherical. Its just crazy the potential with this thing. Ive seen people solo rack it as just a complete synth on its on with standard deck DJ set ups.

One thing I have been missing in modular samplers is a loop length parameter, which is a must for glitchy, experimental sample playback. Sample End as a parameter is not the same, because if you control both loop start and sample end with CV, if your End CV is lower than your Loop/Sample Start CV, playback stops (not in a good way), as in the case of the 1010music modules. I wonder how that is handled in this module?
@piotr8034 жыл бұрын
You can use addition of two voltages to ensure one is always larger than the other...also In modular is less about precise loop lengths and more about resets to snap into sync.
@KorhanErel4 жыл бұрын
P Godaz P Godaz Yes, but no. It’s not the same. And i must say your statement about modulars make no sense. It is always about what you want to achieve musically and performatively. Furthermore, I haven’t said anything about precision. And there is such a module, the 4ms STS, which has length instead end, and I have bought that instead of the Erica.
