Your videos are so informative, and I have learnt sooooo much just from watching them….I bought the deluge a few months ago, and am now the proud owner of the Hydrasynth Keys, and countless hours have been spent on both of these beasts, with your guidance, in creating different sounds….particularly ambient….it is so easy to “get lost” in the sound with this synth, as you did in this video, as it’s so damn powerful! Really like your creativity with how to modulate things. I've had my desktop version since February and I still find myself being "trapped" in conventional thinking with this synth, ie. forgetting I can almost literally patch things together however I want to. The struggle is real - so thanks for the different ideas :) Really like this exploratory videos

you can also have the CV Mod 1/2 be used in the Ring Mod, allowing for external audio processing when setting the depth to 0. I play my modular via Pitch/Gate CV with voice set to Mono, then route the audio in through the mod 1 in Ring Mod.

how's the feel of the ribbon? I feel like a lot of touch controls just feel clunky (Korg Kronos, Novation SL MKII, Kurzweil K2600), but I also like having extra performance controls. I like the touch strip on the Pro 3 (partially because of the visual feedback), and the keysteps touch strips were okay, but I'm just always sketched out by touch controls on keyboards.

It’s nice and smooth. Fast sweeps on it are surprisingly fun. It definitely encourages experimentation and expressions I wouldn’t normally have made.

so far in all the HYDRASYNTH tutorial vids ,nobody explains exactly what the GLIDE button does, I've had the synth for over a month now and still cant figure out what it does, it lights up but that's about it, I don't hear any change in the ribbon control and it doesn't open up any menu, so far it just seems just like a useless button that just lights up

Quick question: I've tried playing the ribbon on my Hydrasynth, and found that it was a little out of alignment. To play each note, I had to put my finger not above where that key was, but above the space between that key and the one below it. it's kind of frustrating. Have I missed a calibration option somewhere in the setup?
