Love the idea for this series! I especially like that it’s very VCV friendly for us fake software modularists. This is the kind of stuff that makes me a paying subscriber.
@SnapImaX11 ай бұрын
i mean the VCV MI modules are running the same c++ code as the tiny computers in these modules, so processing wise you're probably a lot less "fake" than you think, just skipping a whole bunch of DAC/ADCs.

Super happy you have a dedicated channel to modular stuff now. Your videos on modular got me through the pandemic, and also encouraged me to buy my own tiny system. Loved the vibe of what you have going with this Mutable rack, keep it up!

This is awesome, I could follow the patching process. It is so cool. Even if I don't have an Eurorack... but this works in VCV Rack too.

Very cool stuff here, Jeremy! Really cool to see the Mutable modules all together. Sad there's no Grids, though, it's one of my favorites for quick patch ideas.

Nicely done! I came to Modular after Elements was huge so this is the first time I’ve really heard it (knowingly, anyways). It sounded fantastic. Makes me dream a little, lol. I really dug this video. Creative. Informative. Instructive. And all with really good narration. Nice.

sitting in front of my modular ...with a lot of of mutable modules ...and your video pops up! this is what i call perfect timing ;-) Thääänks !!

I really like to use Pam's logic features to combine a steady backbeat and a euclidian or looping random to get a track to get that regularity + accent thing. You can the non-combined track to act as an accent into other stuff, so you're not losing the output either. It's pretty snazzy!

I would love to see modular used in a band context with guitars drums bass and vocals. I think it is sorely underrepresented. Goodwick with the new channel, subbed.

Fantastic idea for a series! I've wanted to dive into modular (my daughter keeps bugging me to dive into it with her), at least VCV for now, and this might actually stimulate the brain muscle enough to actually do it. You're always appreciated.

yo howd you get the feedback on clouds turned up with pitch at noon? pretty much every time i try that it does the thing where it dissolves into a messy bass drone. also i genuinely didn't know clouds could be clocked thanks for the tip
