Back side looks cheaper in 2024 model and has matte finish stands where 2023 looks good the port section and the stands looks sturdy with glossy finish

I purchased acer 32 inch Qled tv recently and experience is horrible. Picture quality is not upto mark and TV is turning ON and OFF automatically.Installation guy didn't contacted even after 10 days of delivery.I returned the product.
