I went to the center today and told them about the camera problem, as explained in this video, they said it was the motherboard problem. I told them about the tweet too but they said my phone should be under 1year and 6months to be repaired free of cost but unfortunately when they checked, my phone was 1 year and 9 months running. When asked about the expense, they said it would cost me ₹10,000.Sadly, I won't be repairing it since it is a waste of money, I'll be investing the money in buying a new phone other than xiaomi. P. S. Buy other brands like samsung instead of xiaomi to avoid the unfortunate problem I faced.

problem with all brands, they don't release kernel drivers, once the phone is out of warranty, or even if a brand decides to phase out a particular product, its better to release the drivers as custom rom can be created which helps reduce , reuse and recycle old phones to be updated and upgraded to latest android. besides all the software glitches and issues are usually addressed in custom roms, basically phone is crafter to better performance, usability and perfection by community enthusiasts and sometimes out of necessity when brands betray by simply not paying any attention post sale. by the way thanks for the information and yes it does help, just to let you know. good luck for the next one.

The only reason i stay away from Xiaomi smartphones is the unstable UI. For example Color OS (BBK) has improved so much compared to MIUI. It's understandable the development team has to optimize for each variants: Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco but if they manage to solve this, they'll be just fine.

thanks for video as expected from youtuber like you i got poco x3 pro on 7 coctober 2021 after 5 month the phone started behaving abnormal like crashs, auto power off then miui 13 update arived i think that it will remove the bugs but after updating it got even worse after some more time suffring from problems the phone got dead one day dead service center started excusing on 1st day that your phone has scratchs and mobo is dead i did so much efforts but service center is service center i did complain in consumer court and flipkart took responsibility and now giving me refund it might take me few days to get my money back but finally this is my 1st and last xiaomi phone

Samsung should also officially give a statement regarding their motherboard dead issue after updates. They are providing free repair to those under warranty, and discounted repair to out of warranty. The out of warranty one is very subjective and you need to be adamant to them, then only they give discounts or sometimes free repair

Highly appreciated 👍🏻 I'm not in twitter. Xiaomi had delayed alot (even though the same was in poco phones 1.5 years ago) and now i've switched to moto edge 30 from note 10 pro. It was a good phone though, but now I never wanna recommend Xiaomi phones just due to its after sale service. I know that my phone had 3 minor dent/scratch, in the service centre they termed it 14 "Major Dents" 🤣 and they wanted me to replace back cover (worth 1800/-) to claim warranty. Nobody would have replaced the back cover for merely those 3 microscopic scratch.

@@mayurdahiwale5907 I've had redmi note 3 pro, then 5 pro then Note 10 pro, also used samsung one plus side by side. I loved that redmi phones were cheap and you can find a lot of videos to root and customize the phone. I've done it all for the past 8 years. Now I'm bored and want to have a simple ui with my standard customized gesture for ease (with nova + viral icon pack). Unlike redmi phones I noticed that moto is a lot less buggy, like 9 times you experience glitch in redmi but 1 time in moto, maybe because moto uses stock and doesn't use heavily customized ui (with extra animations like miui). Moreover, with time, you download many app than required, fill your storage with unnecessary data, but it doesn't affect the performance of moto, in fact I found it more stable and smooth with time unlike redmi. Everything is just AWESOME, including display colours and speaker sound (guarantee u'll be having the loudest phone amongst ur friends). Heating - When you said heating, then I realised that heating is also a concern, because redmi note 10 used to heat like hell sometimes, but never noticed significant heat in moto edge 30 even after gaming while charging (please refrain from doing this) Cons: Battery life - only if you've used a phone with 5000 or + mah, coz 4050 is less but still better optimised than others to give 12 hr (as I know how to make my phone last longer) battery life (bluetooth always on and hotspot for 3 hrs). No app locker - Upcoming MYUI will be having a preloaded app locker, currently using a 3rd party but not satisfied. Not customisable like miui, but gesture and peek display sure compensates for that, btw I like peek displays better than always on. Also, simply use nova launcher for customization if you want. Major pro I would like to include: You must have seen tricks to make something work if it isn't enabled/working in ur android device, that trick will most probably (maybe 100%) work in moto than in miui, e.g. TTSLexx for call recording. Those tricks most probably will not work in miui. Also, 3rd party launcher with gesture doesn't work in miui but will work in moto.

Motherboard complaint with redmi note 10 pro is a hardware quality control issue... But still the software updates somehow manages to push the phone into that level which results in dead camera and dead audio IC issues. Talking about my device, I was well aware of the update issues of Redmi so as soon as my warranty ended I converted my device into stock android. Still, after some time my phone faced an entire audio blackout issue so I had to reball my cpu from an unauthorized service center for 3500 INR whereas the official service center people told me to change the motherboard for around 10000 INR

It already happened to me 4 months ago😂. If you are facing this problem immediately backup all you data (i.e photos, imp docs etc) and reach the service centre. Read the full comment to know more..... One day my face unlock was not working, so I thought may be it needs to update face data. And I tried to update face data but camera was not opening ( showing unable to add face data). Yet I didn't thought that this might be a problem with camera, it seemed to me a bug or something else. Usually I don't use camera very much, so after a few days when I tried to take a selfie, but camera was not switching from rear to front. Very important rear camera was working absolutely fine. So I reached the service centre, they told me to backup my all files because it's a motherboard issue all the data will be lost. So I decided to come back and create a backup of my files in the laptop and tomorrow I'll approach them again. And something strange happened to me, when I reached the home, phone was not turning on, i thought battery might have discharged. And plugged the charger in, but no charging animation. At that time i realised I lost my all photos ( around 7000 photos of my family, friends, 6 year's all memories). But thankfully phone was under warranty so I didn't lost my phone. Koi problem nhi h yaar , service center jao warranty paper ( Purchase Bill ) leke aur ye video me Rakesh bhai ne jo xioami ka tweet bataya wo dikha k bol dena ki aise aise ho gya h, wo sahi karke denge. Ha ho sakta h thoda jhik jhik kare isiliye phle se hi xiaomi customer care me call karke confirm karlo. Poori ummeed h ki wo kar denge. @@Hoper69 It was out of warranty but I got a free motherboard replacement. But, the customer service was horrible. I had to go back and forth over a month due to miscommunications idk. They say ready, I go, wait, then not ready. They removed my screen guard and replaced it with some other phone's.

@@Hoper69 Also plus side is, the guy who took my phone was a W. My phone had bootloader unlocked, was rooted and had OxygenOS on it I think and he still made me claim the warranty by factory resetting it to stock and then allowing it to claim I think. So props to the good part on them. Maybe it was the main service centre doing delays.

I just installed the Evolution X custom rom after my warrenty ended, best decision I ever made. Made the device a lot better, it solved the only problem with RN10 Pro i.e. MiUi, also a lot better battery life (7+hr screen on time), more stable ui, more customisation, Android 13 and a lot more. I personally recommend everyone who KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING to install a custom rom, you will definitely see the difference. Also love to Rakesh Sir ❤️

Personally I trust only one brand's software updates in budget category - Moto , I have G9 (bought at ₹10k in oct 2020) as a secondary phone , it launched at android 10 with SD 662 and updated to 11 and still updating security patches but no issues and problems happened , no lag, slow or hang, camera just like before, speaker quality also great . Stable and smooth experience, no much gitters also .👌👌👌👌👌

Redmi note 10 pro have motherboard problem and redmi is changing free motherboard for everyone with that problem in redmi note 10 pro and redmi note 10 pro is a great mobile and Xiaomi provide better value than moto does with better quality one problem doesn't make Xiaomi bad at least they are providing a solution unlike other brands many other Xiaomi phones doesn't have this problem only on redmi note 10 pro

Bohot bohot dhanyvad bhai ji, m kafi dino se preshan ho rha tha aur kal tangg aa ke maine phone ko factory data reset bhi karke dekh liya but still koi solution nahi hua tha, repair shops and customer service pe pucha tab bhi koi khas help nahi hui, and finally ek rahat ki saans aai h ki mere akele k phone me nahi h ye issue, aur under warrenty bhi nahi tha mera device toh kafi chinta ho rahi thi, i am a student aur muje khud hi manage krna pdta, basically aapki video se bohot help hui hai varna khamekha ke 1000₹-1500₹ ki chapat lagti, thanks alot rakesh bhai ji❤

Watching it in my Redmi Note 10 pro . Yes I used to face camera issues like this but now it is resolved after update . Buying it was really the best investment I had done ✅ Great phone with great camera 📷 and great performance . Yes MIUI used to feel jittery but after updates and uninstalling bloatwares it is smooth AF 🔥 .

@@sujathapoojari2523 I haven't came up with such sound issues in my phone till now ..so can't help . Try restarting the device or try to change the current theme and put a light theme ..and try to prevent overheating . These are basics after that I can't help dear .
