5G came out last year, and yes, my Mi10i is holding up pretty great, gaming is awesome, charging speed and battery life is almost the same as new, never feels lacking when compared to new phones of this budget, even if you compare the specs with note 13, only difference is of amoled screen which I don't think is a big concern as Mi10i screen can show dark areas with very dark screen, unless you're in a pitch black room, you can't tell if it's amoled or not

The answer is Yes and No, as in skin tone and ultra wide samsung wins but in dynamic range, sharpness and and colours are more boosted and punchier in note 10 pro. This is because samsung m31 is now an old device and note 10 pro is the latest from xiaomi; so the sensor is new, image processing is better becoz of the new Snapdragon 732g and in m31 is exynos 9611 which is too old and so laggy and heats a lot. So at last note 10 pro is better in every aspect.
