I don't think miui updates will fix this as this remains in some redmi phones even after software updates. Some people do say that oreo colorizer app or installing a custom rom can fix this but I won't recommend that as it'll make your warranty void.

If you're looking for amoled with normal usage, then poco x4 pro and moto g82 can be considered but if you're ready with lcd I'll suggest extending budget to include redmi k50i if you have any offers on Amazon.

Boot animation screen is automatically at full brightness. That's why it feels normal.

Some people say it is a software problem due to miui and according to them the solution is installing a custom rom. But in some cases it is a hardware problem. Let's hope that miui 13.5 or miui 14 will have better optimization to remove this problem.

Ok! For everyone who is facing this problem.🥲 I've also got the same issue and by researching I found that most of the people are getting this issue! AND IT'S A SOFTWARE ISSUE😬 because it happens only in Redmi devices. Maybe some software update might fix it.🤷 This thing gave me headache! Like I just bought this device man!😮‍💨 Well, good to know that it's not a hardware issue or anything 😓🤧😅 Edit: Some say it's software issue but also feels like an Hardware issue Though after replacing the screen many people still have this issue

And the sad story, after the replacement still have same problems but different part glowing white. using redmi note 11. never experienced this. you can't make a conclusion by just testing 1 device. i still have my mi note 10 and don't have this issue as well. (although some mi note users complained theirs had a pink line after 1 year) had a galaxy A20 and it had this problem. it eventually went on to be an amoled burn... but thanks for this video still. anyways already using poco f3 as my primary phone. great phone for its price...
