There's only one thing that annoys me about this model. The cheaper Note 13 5g has dual sim tray and supports micro sd cards up to 1TB This one has none.

Thank you for the review I like the examples you gave for using it instead of just reading the specifications and saying they're good. One thing with the editing I would suggest you improve upon is that sound effect when text specifications appear on screen they're too sharp and loud compared to the rest of the video. Great video nonetheless

​@@metalafro My concern with these chinese phones is even though they offer great value for their specs they have plenty of 1st-party apps that you can't uninstall some of them, plenty of bloatware and multiple reports of spywares & malwares pre-installed in some of them. Any thought on those?

​@@TechNomadUK1could certainly be the case if you buy it with a unlocked bootloader from a reseller. But otherwise the bloat on Xiaomi devices can be uninstalled quite easily, worked on my Poco and Xiaomi 12, never had any Redmi though but it uses MIUI/HyperOS so I imagine it's similar.

Rams is the least thing u should care about.

Just creates a swapfile in the storage of which if your ram is full it will use that but i dont recommend using it cause it is much slower than the actual real ram on. The phone just turn it off

@@techzzz121 virtual RAM does not work like a swapfile! Virtual RAM works same as RAM only different is the medium, either UFS or eMMC storage and not the RAM chip. Swapfile cannot execute code, Virtual RAM can execute code. Virtual RAM is better than when you are out of RAM without Virtual RAM.

@techzzz121 you need to read about RAM! is not swapfile, otherwise it will called swapfile. You never used a phone out RAM??? When out of RAM, system will clean up cache, then app need cold start. Virtual RAM allow new apps loaded, without clear up cache. Apps cold start takes many seconds in total. WeChat is a super app, takes more than 5s cold start on low end phone, 3s on fast phone. When out of RAM, you will need cold start this app every time you come back to use it, virtual RAM prevent this. why then is a gimmick when it saves you out of RAM?

The fingerprint scanner on the note 13 4G is not fast and responsive at all 😢 u need to register your fingerprint almost 3 times and clean the screen thoroughly before it responds 😡
