Hi. Can the 3.5mm jack port be replaced!!! I guess my phone has hardware issue as the volume goes down automatically once I connect the earphones. And also headphone mic is not working due to the port. So any other option apart from changing motherboard??

Nope it can't be replaced as it comes with mother board. And also it's normal to lower the sound while plugging earphones to save from hearing damage.

Hi, My Redmi Note 7 Pro 6/128 has water damaged. I can receive Phone Calls using headset. Screen light is off but i think screen is ok because i when drag from above i can see content of screen move. Service center people told that the phone has been totally damaged. I dont think they are saying true. As per me just display light circuit parts may be damaged. Can you provide some guidance for further move. because i have paid 16999.And amount is too high for me to loose it.
