I have to give it to the Note 9, this is a GREAT Deal! The video is REALLY flat and looks over-sharpened, but you get INSANE battery life, well out of its price range! Excellent photo cameras in my opinion and some decent performance for the price. (And you get NFC and L1 Baby!)

@@jeric5413 Hi Goodnight, no I'm pretty sure it doesn't, because 5G would be pretty hard to include on a phone that you can find for around $160, but if you wanted to, you could step up to the $220 Redmi 10X 5G and there you'd get incredible performance and 5G!

The Redmi Note 9 is undoubtedly a huge upgrade from the Redmi Note 8, with respect to the upgrade in the choice of processor. MediaTek Helio G85 chipset is a good addition to the smartphone. A good mid-range chipset for a phone in this price range. The build and the design of the phone is solid.

I really want to order this phone but I'm worried about bloatware! Can cope with unwanted apps but not ads - I think it's fairly simple to disable the ads? Is it that simple? Are there other issues to consider with the phone mining my data? 2nd Choice is Moto G9 Play for battery & camera but had G6 for 2yrs & wasn't too happy :/ many thanks!

For the price, everything makes sense. A bit disappointing because they didn't use a MTK Dimensity chipset and an Amoled panel but price still makes this phone a lot of sense. Still shot using the camera is impressive even the video but could've been better if they include an EIS but over all saturation are on point.

Frankie do you have any idea why the upper and lower part of the screen reacts slower than the other parts of the screen, it's not only on my poco f2 pro, my brothers S10 Lite has it too, does it have anything to do with the on screen buttons or something like that, cuz it's very strange, i found this while playing PUBG and tried to click the corner and it reacts only if pressed for more time

I just updated my mom rn9 to miui 12 today & its feel abit lag on new animation opening/closing apps after I turned on new control centre... if change back old control centre no issue... in my rn8 pro doesn’t have this issue... any tweak to fix it?? 3 years later.. this is hands down one of THE WORST phones I have used in my life. The software randonly freezes making it unusable and needing a restart. Also laggy as hell! Are all phones designed to be unusable in 3 years?? Motorola was never this laggy even years later!!
