Small correction : Redmi watch 3 Active has LCD display not amoled and the refresh rate is 30 hz not 60 , the Redmi watch 3 ( not Active ) is slightly more expensive and it has Amoled display with 60 hz refresh rate . in addition to that Redmi watch 3 Active has a maximum brightness of 450 nits while Redmi watch 3 can reach 600 nits .

I think you reviewed the wrong watch. Amoled and 60 hz is available in the Redmi Watch 3. This Active one has a IPS LCD with 30 hz

Bought this, been around 5 days and i am having around 52% battery now. The health data is pretty accurate and best part is it can detect when you remove it from your hand! So yeah you cant measure the bp of your pouch or vegetable haha. better than fireboltt watches. The mic and audio is good and display is also amazing.

For the price, the watch is quite useful: reading notifications, sleep and step tracking, and bluetooth calling. It doesn't have a calculator or calendar. Heart rate monitoring is inaccurate compared to Polar H10. You can only install 3 additional watch faces. All the watch faces won't show your sleep duration, unlike what Honor and Huawei bands and watches have. Its timer can't run in the background, and you can't install apps, so this is not a "true" smartwatch. Wait for Redmi Watch 4, since preliminary specs show that it will have the Hyper OS for app support and several gigabytes of storage.

I already got a Mi Band 6, 8 is a bit larger but still small at the wrist, I hesitated between new Band 8 and the Watch 3 Active (about some price) . The watch (Active version) is much bigger, know that if you got a small wrist, but can be prefered to read very clearly indications while you are practicing a very dynamic sport, for example, and/or if you got a bad eyesight. But it is big, especially the Active one. Receiving and calling phone calls is a funny gadget (only possible in a quiet place), it helped me last time, my phone was in another room and I answered with the watch without moving my ass, funny. But maybe the Band 8 would have been better for me, more discreet in standard use. Both are amazing, at that price !

Thanks , The auto brightness is a let down for me. I will get the Huawei version had it all in one. by the way I have already the Xiaomi 2 lite, It is jus ok, the lack of auto brightness is so inheriting, specially when you go on running or cycling outdoor then you need to adjust the brightness during the ongoing training, it is impossible. you must stop the training tracking completely then adjust the brightness and restart from zero the tracking of the ongoing training, this is so stupid from Xiaomi , Huawei is better here

Ambrane wise glaze is far better in comparison with Amoled display with 1000 nits brightness, 60hz refresh rate, excellent mic quality and a lasting battery with moderate usage. vfm for rs 1500..

Redmi Watch 3 Active's screen is terrible, you can easily see the pixels like in the old nokia basic phones. By the way I don't believe that it has an ips lcd screen because it has terrible colors and viewing angles, probably the screen is tft but a cheap one. I think its screen is a crime against humanity in the year of 2023.
