Great video. There is definitely a need for more channels to do this kind of videos. In the future it would be better if both HR curves were shown on the same graph. Much easier to compare and see differences.

Hello, I would like to ask you in which country you have configured your MI fit application because I have just acquired a xiaomi watch 4 (Chinese version) and I have no other way to connect it to my phone than to set my application to China and the problem is that sometimes the watch switches to Chinese and I have no other way than to reset it to change the language.

No, is not accurate at al !!!! I got it set to measure every minute and laying on the couch I get from 69 to 148 doing nothing but watching TV. It's even worst than the mi band 4 I had years ago !!!
