7:45 personally, I pity Timaeus, mainly because everyone in game and the community trash talks him when he's just doing his best. His colleagues don't respect him and think he's a terrible alchemist (sorry he can't progress as fast as you because he doesn't have a vision or isn't literally made of chalk to be the perfect artificial human), and in the community everyone hates him just because they can't move five inches away from him so they don't misclick when they want to use the alchemy table. Like, this situation is completely unfair. He's trying his best, ok?

My guess why people think this event is so hard is because a lot of people don't have 2 built teams to do the event. A lot of players just have 1 team to breeze through all the overworld stuff and maybe clear floor 9 and 10 of the abyss.

I only have hu tao as a dps atm and I haven't touched abyss since I got my free xiangling so I had no reason to make other teams... my hu tao team is doing just fine with everything else in the game ( ps I'm only at 43 and people advise to artifact grind at ar 45 so I'm waiting )

@@DhrithionVocals tbh, I would advise new players to start artifacting at AR30 for basic stats, that way end game artifacts are easier to build because you can just swap out the old built artifacts and use that to upgrade end game artifacts. Saves time and resources

Honestly i feel like this event is hard for people under ar 50, especially since the enemies level doesn't seem to change with your world level. I have an ar 47 account and it was absolute pain, couldn't even get all primos. It was significantly easier on my ar 55 account with a nicely built egg, kokomi, yanfei, and bennett. it's mostly a difficult event bc usually the primos weren't locked behind difficult challenges (mostly just 'complete this stage' or sumn) but this time it was. I think that's mainly why this event was hell for most people, especially f2ps.

as a somewhat f2p at ar56 (only bought welkin once), that's definitely the reason. and so many people on the cesspool known as twitter think newer/f2p players want handouts when that is not true at all. so many people wished there was a way to implement difficulty based on world level so that it still provided a challenge, but was actually doable. there are a lot of casual players (myself included), so even if i had the money to c6 my way to victory, it would take me so much longer to do so because i don't play every day for 7+ hours on end.

Same! I’m f2p in both my accounts. Doing this in my AR 57 main account with decently-built characters: just fine. Not the easiest event, but I managed to get gold in every stage without having to reset the whole thing, just restarting a few levels sometimes. In my alt AR 42 account, though… PAAAAAIN… I gave up after a while, didn’t even go for the primos, absolutely awful

there's a limit to the amount of extra damage you can achieve this way, which is shown by the circle behind your character. try it out, ult on another char when the circle is there and you'll light up some bars in the circle I wouldn't blame people, raiden's talent description is like a novel

Idk why but this event was wayyy easier WITH the hard multiplier. I first tried it without and I was struggling to get any golds. Then i turned it on and I was getting double the needed amount. That honestly might explain why so many people found this so hard

yeah this, i think it’s got something to do with the one minute time limit, at least for me, because while it seems easier on paper the enemies wouldn’t spawn instantly after killing each rotation (i play on mobile, but if i’m able to run high graphics without lagging then clearly it wasn’t my device that was the problem) which costed me several valuable seconds

honestly i saw a lot of varying opinions on the difficulty of this event; some people found it really hard and others found it easy. for me it was easy, i was able to get all gold with 18k+ points on each stage but thats because i've been playing this game for over a year now and i have a good amount of characters built up decently. for people who havent been playing as long and dont have many characters built yet, it would be a pain for sure i think the event was really cool tho, it made you think about your team comps and also let you use trial characters in a team with your own characters. a very nice way to help you decide which characters you should pull for on their reruns
