Got the game with dlc and finished halfway through the loading screen where ichigo and ghost in the background but after the loading finished, game was stuck or froze at that part and can't past to the menu or even play the game. Please help me figure out how to fix this game and play without having to waste my savings for this!

No. PS4 is region free. Except you have to make a japanese PS account to get the dlc.
