I just looked it up. Amber and lavender are voted to be the strongest notes. The notes look interesting and I can see what you mean. I've never smelled it. That's a great deal. I got a postcard in the mail from Bond no 9 yesterday advertising a free refill of any bottle with the purchase of two of their products. I'm sure I Love NY for Fathers will be included in the deal at Saks, but if not, they have plenty of other great fragrance. I recommend you check out Andy Warhol if they still have it. This smells So Good, very masculine and seductive. IMO It gets negative reviews because it’s Ed Hardy and he defined the Affliction Era. But ~ put that scent in a Tom Ford bottle and demand $200! It is (very similar to) Fierce and MBL, but it’s only $20 and the bottle itself is worth $20. I’d consider this scent a great blind buy.
