Thanks for the helpful video. One thing though, at 5:59 you say that the titrant is the solution of unknown quantity. I thought the analyte was the solution of unknown quantity?

+eragon2121 The analyte concentration is unknown in most titrations; standardization is the one exception. Instead of using the concentration of what's dripping to find the concentration of what's in the beaker, in standardization we use the moles of what's in the beaker to determine the concentration of what's dripping! That's why I say that [KMnO4] is "unknown" in this part: we use the precisely known moles of sodium oxalate to find [KMnO4] in standardization.
