These are absolutely awesome! I would love love love to see Fing as a villain! Maybe as a follow-up or to mix things up, you could draw your villainous characters as heroes.

OOO YES! This is always so fun. I find odds of survival unlikely for myself against the lot of them. Such wicked ideas and designs so cool!!! I've only ever played with concepting a "villain arc" version of one of my TTRPG characters (Azure Constantine). It was a odd/loose "ttrpg" so i really thought it up because another player might've Shaked the entire world into a twisted "game." Anyways would be a lot to explain, i played into the Jeckle and Hyde vibes/ideas for that one.

Yeah a villain ttrpg where the players are villains could get off the rails really quickly-- but it could be fun to try (depending on the people you're playing with I think) most of my concept work with turning my favorite characters into villains are for creating a fun new BBEG for a campaign using the framework of a character I love already. A Jekyll/Hyde situation sound REALLY fun though for a villain design!
