ragingstar gaming My go to recommendation is don’t put off learning the boring fundamentals. Take some anatomy courses and probably perspective courses. Lots of good stuff on Udemy. I specifically really like Neil Fontaine’s courses on Udemy. His anatomy course is kinda boring but SOOOOOOO good for helping you get great at drawing people!

I'm currently working on redesigning my old spider - sona, The unlimited Wolf-spider. Taking a bit more inspiration from the Sensational spider man looks wise while still adding my own flare to the suit. I used the classic colors, Red, blue and black, but changed them up a bit. My blue is a dark navy color, my red is more of a burgundy, while my black is a blueish black, and of course I added a hood mostly because I figured it looked cool. If you haven't seen the sensational spider man costume I'd look it up. As for general design choices I'll put those down farther below. So starting off as I said I went with a more Sensational spider man look. Exposed web-shooters, the blue fore the legs with the lower section being half blue and red with black webbing, gloves where the middle finger and ring finger are blue, and of course bigger eyes with a larger spider symbol on the chest. However I did change it to fit the character better. For example: Instead of the box standard white I gave him blue reflective lenses like you'd see in aviator sunglasses, I extended the lining of the eyes, and even split the mask into two different color schemes by making a line to make it look like mandibles. The hood came into the design as soon as I thought up the suit. It rains a TON where I live so I only figured a hood made since, plus it made the suit look cooler in my mind. As of writing this I'm still finalizing the design but when it's done It's gonna be awesome.

I made one of these called Wolf-Spider and I made a symbiote named Tomodachi. My character was bitten by a radioactive Wolf Spider that had a venom symbiote. He was became blind when he was 1 but when he was bitten he got his vision back. His vision wasn’t just back though his eye sight was hightend. He also could do everything a spider can. One day on his way to stop a villain he bonded with Tomodachi a very friendly simbiote. Him and Tomodachi are now best friends and they fight crime together. Also he has Wolf elements in his design.
