Glad you decided to do this cam after all. I think it’s the best cam on the market for 90 percent of riders. I’m blown away at the numbers you got out of it. The flattest torque curve Ive seen out of the cams you tested so far it seems.

Wow, some amazing performance gains and solid numbers. Zippers has amazing products, and this one is staying on my list along with Reaper 465 and Woods 22xe. Now to decide if I want all out or just all around rideablity. Another solid video, thanks!

My Road King 107 w/Redshift 468 has nowhere near the numbers your 114 is delivering. Nevertheless it's still a blast to ride. Thanks Dave.

Dave, love this series! Much needed and you’re covering everything (cams) worth covering with the same components on every test. Brilliant idea!!! How was the chop at idle on this RS468 Cam? Is it close to chop on the S&S 475? Love how you said it hits hard in the beginning. I’m less interested in my top end HP, not planning to run upwards towards 100mph.

It was a little choppy, not as choppy as the S&S 475 cam that we tested early on

Just had a dyno done on my 114 with the rs468. hpi 62mm throttle body and hpi intake manifold, 5.5 injectors, D&D billet cat exhaust, Feuling BA air cleaner. In south Louisiana in the middle of august with extremely high humidity. 118.69/133.23. I was already at 128.8 ft. lbs. of torque at 2500 rpms. Just curious what percentage duty cycle did you get up to with the 5.5's? I was at 80 percent.

I have a tman 127 with 468. It's low on hp but tq is insane. Clutch rides hard

you can't go much over 100mph on the freeway, who cares about top end hp, its how fast you get there

Hay Dave after your done all the cams. Are you going to give your review what cam was the best and what you would recommend with no valve strings. I really liked the 483 cycle Rama. And also the woods 22XE. Hope to here your review what you would recommend for best hp and best tq

Dave, one question. I am using stock heads, stock throttle body, s&S 55mm & stock injectors in my bike. Do you generally use the larger 5.5 injectors (I know that is what you are using for the testing)? Do the larger injectors effect MPG at all? Thanks.

injectors give me more fuel needed on demand and increased power, they do not impact MPG with proper tuning.

Looks like a great cam, I would like your expertise on something. Bassani makes a 2into1 conversion for the M8 bagger. It uses the stock headpipe and plugs off the left side and converts to a basanni 2into1. Are these any good? Thank you, I appreciate any info on this.
