You had a lot of eastbound Union Pacific train action on 23 January 2025, Red! That waws a great meeting at 10:50 when the eastbound manifest freight met the westbound manifest freight at Highway T47 on the west side of your property. It was good to see some CNW freight cars on a couple of the trains. Thank you for documenting these trains. It was hard to tell whether your dogs were leading the yipper dogs or your dogs were leading the run along the fence. (Posted on 1 February 2025 at 2104 CST.)

@thomasmackowiak You're welcome Thomas! Great to see the CNW box car. I think that was one of the last CNW paint jobs before the merger. Luckily, my dogs quiet down after a while. The yippee dogs keep going.

Nice catch and Salute! Must have been Drone day, I’ve seen several posts and shots today of Drone views! Great Loaded coal train with ET44 and DPU at the end! Is the coal fora power plant? Terrific meet!

My favorites were the coal cars. I haven’t seen coal since I was a kid in North Dakota. One of my jobs was to bring the coal from the coal chute into the house. That was many many years ago.😊

Some nice clean hoppers on those UP manifests. Put some UP yellow up front and on the rear - you've got a Bananafest! Looking good, with that full barber service. Guess you don't get the coke trains like we do through Ohio.

I saw a cut of those MOW cars in the Marshalltown yard a couple of years ago, and they were brand new! The ones you caught were all covered in graffiti!
