It’s easy to do a comparison when you have both the fake and real side by side. When you go to actually buy them from a private seller it’s hard to check all of these, especially that the fake ones gets better and better as time goes by. So, it must be some key tests you can do to check on the spot if they’re genuine. Can someone confirm this?

I just bought Airpods Max from a local online marketplace for such a good deal at only $340 (Singapore Dollars). Excellent condition. However, I still question its authenticity. It has all of the features that the real Airpods has from the build quality (aluminium, black charging port, same colour screws & insides as real), weight, colour, noise cancelling, great audio (similar to regular Airpods), silent & smooth extension except for the noise cancelling because I can enable it even when not on my head 😂 So I either got a really good deal or I got an insanely good counterfeit product.

In my testing with the fake ones and the original AirPods Pro Max, the sound quality is by far the best in the original. I’m not sure if you’re an audiophile, but the mids and bass sound so much better on the original. Not to mention the transparency mode, which is one of the best, and the ANC is also top-notch. However, I agree with you that the price of the AirPods Pro Max is indeed expensive compared to its competitors. But comparing it to the fake ones is really a dumb comparison. Sure, the fake ones are cheaper, but come on-you really said they sound a bit similar? That means you haven’t really tried both enough.

My Android apple watch replica works the same or better than the original ones, and so does my Airpod Max purchased for only $35, great sound and higher volume than the original.
