In this video, we do some function stacking with the piglets. I need to get them trained to electric fence but also need to have the potato patch prepared for spring planting.

I have to question you on how you put your "T" posts in the ground. Aren't you supposed to hit rock every time you use the post driver so your hands will absorb that shock up the arms. Then hunt around for a spot with no rock for five minutes on each post which keeps you from doing some other task you really needed to accomplish. That way your hands can feel bruised as you go along placing the rest of the posts. Anyway, that's my experience with driving posts.

The yellow t post insulators I get from tsc, that stick out about 2 inches and are square where the part that holds the wire is, will fit on the hog panels. That's how I do mine. The panel wire slips right in where the edge of the t post is supposed to go.

Hi, I have some brush to clear to turn into pasture. My problem is that I have apple trees, will the pigs destroy the root system of those trees? I will view your other video about predator (my other question) Thank you for any answer.

Hi, Troy, another great video featuring your pigs! The sound they make when hitting the fence, ha! ha! Do you ever use the polywire for fencing? We used that pretty well exclusively for our fencing because it was so easy to deal with and move around. We would often change our fencing perimeters and the polywire made it easy. And if we didn't need some we just rolled it up for use another time. We have wire that we've been using for about ten years and it still works great.

Lucky you on the cost of your panels.👍👍 - $38.99 for panels in NE GA......😒😒 I was always warned to never plant root crops following pigs. Corn, okra, beans, etc. are OK. No carrots, beets, potatoes etc. because of trichinosis. -KJ

@@RedToolHouse Somebody said you may get in trouble with PETA. Just remember, if any of that type of idiot shows up to hassle Y'All I want to see video of the whole family dishing out a good old fashioned horsewhipping. If that boy ( I think his name is Cam) is a teenager tell him they are trying to steal his food, which would be true, then turn him loose. I've never known a teenager that wasn't constantly hungry. Hey would your dogs get food poison if they ate some animal rights loon? Joke, Please nobody take it serious.

Buy it by the ton from a local farmer. 2 pigs will eat a ton of a tote in 6 months. When I bought it by the bag I spent $980 per ton. By the ton bulk it was $385 last year. Same feed for less than half the price. Go to your local cooperative extension to find a local farmer that sells bulk feed. Good luck.
