I have been doing your exercises for two months and I see great results. My weight was 60 and now I am 57 (not a significant decrease, but I see the change in my thighs and abdominal muscles) + I hope you will do more exercises for calves (I have muscle hypertrophy in this area) + I love you very much 🫶🏻

Trying this for 10 days! Day 1 ✅ Day 2✅ (no dif a little sore) Day 3✅ (no dif but more sore) Day 4 ✅ (no dif yet SORE) Day 5✅ still no dif Day 6 ✅ TINY dif Day 7✅ sore Day 8✅ SO SORE AAA Day 9✅I lost some of my inner thigh fat Day 10✅ Results: this definently helps, whoever it does make your leg really sore and it will take some time to lose your inner thigh fat. If you were trying to lose it completely/within a month I would do this 1-2 times a day and pair it with haileys other leg workouts (thigh)

I don't really recommend measuring every day because the measurements can be affected by a lot of factors such as inflammation, or fluid retention. Good luck, my best wishes

Cheering you on!! But I don't think you should aim to get 20cm. 20cm is like the thickness of the top of your arm/where your biceps are. Try aiming for 35-40! YOU GOT THIS!!

I know that you want to slim down your thighs but 20cm-30cm thighs is extremely unhealthy! Even 35 is terribly thin! Do not attempt to slim them down that much! Dieting at such a young age is very unhealthy and can cause your growth rate to slow down. 49cm thighs is very normal and healthy and if you want to slim them down just a bit then workout, be healthy but still enjoy the foods you love, get enough sleep, be okay with rest days and most importantly Be a kid!! You are beautiful and the Lord made you unique and beautiful in your own way. Love yourself!
