Ted Schubert is a Clinical Psychology graduate at Florida State University who researches anxiety.
In this interview, Ted shares his latest insights from research on Interoceptive Exposure Therapy (IET) as a treatment for people with mild cognitive impairment and suffering from anxiety.
IET is based on evoking unpleasant bodily sensations in a safe environment so that overtime they become less of a disturbance and the sense of anxiety around them reduces.
