Where are the restaurants, supermarkets, markets. You really should also give some attention. As for your agency, what is the support with bank-accounts, direct debits, electricity/water, extention of Ikamet, small repairs, furniture, extention of driving license, health care insurance, support with hospitals. Promotion is nice, but other services??? (We are very happy with our agency (transport, taxes, hospital,..) Bottom line understand your clients (money is not always the blocking item) Still the presentation is very good, but the real topics for expats are not addressed at all.

@@christiaanjansen9800 Dear Christiaan, thank you for your comment and rating of our videos. We really appreciate it. In our videos the focus is particularly on the property itself. In addition, including the environment in every video would make the video too long and could bore many viewers in the long run. We can happily make a separate video for that. However, the distance to the beach is very telling. Alanya is structured in such a way that supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. come first and then the beach promenade. So whenever you go to the beach you will pass by market, shopping etc. In any case, when interested parties for the properties contact us, we always first have a personal conversation to pass on all information that is still open, about us and vice versa.
