I think they dont wanna sign him not because of the drugs but because of his physical appearance like when you look at him he looks BAD for example when whitney started she wasnt on drugs and she looked great so when the drugs made her look like crap it was too late and nobody was going to unsign her cause she was a legend the industry has to be able to market your talent and physical appearance also it would be a horrible message to the kids basically telling them if you smoke crack for ten years or more you can be fanous like this guy. On the flip side he is very talented and I love his music.

Bri williams I have to disagree because $ can make any and everyone look better. But it seems to me that although he can sing, he's more into song writing, and for that you damn sure don't have to "look marketable". I hope he finds success. His talent is undeniable. His past is his past and could be inspiration for someone who was just like him. I don't think it would tell kids that they can smoke crack for 10 + years and become famous. It would show them that you can be delivered from something that had you bound and still be successful in life with determination and will...
