Yes it clearly wasn't tuned correctly or at all. Would have been nice to see the real range of the KV with it properly tuned.

We did adjust the hop as we always do for our accuracy test at our target 20m away. Straight after the accuracy test we immediately did the burst/full-auto test to show the capability of the Krytac Kriss Vector GBB, unfortunatly without readjusting the hop up for 35m, we do apologize for this shortcoming on our part, the Kriss Vector GBB is accurate to that range and we shall redo a 35m range test in an upcoming short video.

Please do a max range test, with say, 0.30g bb. ~35m still not great nor useable.. Most important thing is accurate+range (amd reliability..)

A TDC hop which comes stock is very nice! Although we believe it can lift heavier BBS and achieve a bit more range because of it. Outstanding video, once again. The Krytac Vector GBB is HRC approved.

As someone who has the kwa ggb vector (i paid £100 for it as it was broken and the fix cost me £7), knowing that this has most likely cut it value in half - im still happy that a new one has arrived. Its such a fun gun to shoot.

I got the KWA kriss. That bolt release is amazing for airsoft gun. It's so heavy it's very hard to hold it out at arms length for more than 5 seconds!! Most accurate relica airsoft rifle I own. Got it out of box last night as don't play airsoft anymore

Blowback moving parts need to be refined/polished. Almost bought this but after watching another really good KZbin breakdown video and operation of this gun, it still has too many maintenance issues that don't have to be issues if the blowback internals were improved.

I think you should wait, I have heard of it having quite a bit of issues. However, I have already preordered one before hearing of this and it has shipped and is arriving soon. I’ll let you know if I have issues with it.

It arrived today and I did some back yard plinking. It was able to do a full mag with lock back in full auto even in 45 degree weather. However, after a bit it would get cooldown and not lock back but still get through a mag. I so far have had zero issues other than the cooldown, I will update if anything changes.

@@Boom-tj6nnUpdate, I fielded it and experienced a very big issue that can potentially be dangerous to other people. I have experienced an issue where the trigger on the Vector will click but not fire until you shake it or it decides to do it itself randomly. This happens occasionally, and the first time it happened I thought it just didn’t have gas, so I started running towards spawn to refill my magazines and while running it randomly went off. I have contacted support to see if I can get a replacement or advice on how to fix this issue. I have heard the same issue happening with other people as well, so it does not seem to be an isolated issue. I will leave an update on what happens next after support answers.

Yes i think its clear the hop up was not adjusted or else the BBs would not follow that trajectory. With a properly tuned hop up, i think the BBs would have traveled the length of the range.

It’s based off the .45 ACP vector, so glock magazines will not work.

hallmark of any gbb is to finish a standard mag in full auto on weak gas out of the box no mods, Vector fell short and marui is still king in that regard

They’re not compatible. This one is based of the Gen 2 and the KWA is based off of the Gen 1.

Traded a Dboys SPR on craigstlist for my KWA Vector back in 2013 ish. Had no idea of my luck.. not sure if I'll part with it seeing how anemic this version seems to be power and kick-wise :( Something less attractive aesthetically about the V2 as well. Needs that front grip!

Idk man that didn't look to preform very good. I have the kwa vector and love it. It preforms better, has stronger recoil, and is a work horse. Krytac has big shoes to fill in my opinion

Hop and range test are terribly useless.. You can see hopup is set way to low… (35m test.. also, it can probably do 55mtr, test it!) *edit* don’t ever again say “it has a short barrel so…” as if that matters alot, it does not! (Take scorpion evo as reference, that shoots 55-60m on 1J)
