When the city only has a "Yard trimmings" service for composting, but you love "Food waste & trimmings". They use a automated side loader. *PUTS EVERYTHING IN THE GREEN BIN*

I put everything in the green bin if it's decomposable. They can figure it out later.

Nice! You don't really see pythons collecting green waste, so this was pretty fun to watch! Feel the Python arm struggles when it comes to picking up carts that are too close together on the curb. Proper cart spacing is important! Glad you got as much footage as you did. Sure was fun and looked like you had a great day following these guys around!

The Python seems to struggle at just about everything. I try to understand it's marketable traits, but then I fail to see it, other than the reach and dump cycle speed. The latter's advantage is greatly undermined because of how much it thrashes the truck around. It was a fun day, and I'm glad I was able to get this much footage. It's likely the Python wont be around that much longer with the popularity of the ZR and Labrie arms.

shadofax96 I mean I like the Python arm and I think the Durapack body is a great sturdy packer body. I wish they would've kept making the C-Frame arm as I thought that was the most reliable and easy to maintain arm ever made. The biggest improvement that could ever be made to this body would've been some kinda box crusher to push the load down so the hopper could push it in. That is this bodies biggest downfall but really don't see the Durapack going away just being updated to keep up with the newer generation of sideloaders.

The C-Frame arm has become one of my favorites because of how simple and effective it really is. I never thought it would be since it looks so odd and complicated. I agree that the Durapack should adopt the crusher similar to what McNielus puts on their ASL's, that would solve almost every problem.

I'm loving this series. These trucks don't seem to stray too far from eachother. Was that just coincidence or do they run that route like that? They seem to cross paths a lot. Although it came out to be a good video. On a side note I noticed a lot of gold and converted lawns. It's just nice to see lawns die in So Cal as well as residents actually embracing the change.

TrashMaster684 My company does the same stupid crap with our routes and it is annoying as hell. All day long we're getting in each other's way and holding each other up. I've begged and pleaded to let us have different route sheets and from a company standpoint (someone who doesn't have to deal with it) this is cheaper and easier for the office to manage.
