Is there a way to turn on an outlet only while the DOS is actively pumping?

I was following you tonight and I'm kind of confused I can't find heartbeat I rewound the video followed it and some reason I don't have it I know where it's supposed to be so maybe you could tell me how to activate it.

Heartbeat is on the main screen before you select your apex. Click on the dropdown and it is in there.
