Thanks for featuring our shad tank in the Tip of the Week! 11:10 We are in development of a HUGE upgrade to this tank, so stay tuned by following us on Facebook. It will be a 30 gallon version with every part custom manufactured for us. This was a great fishing show too, those peacock bass are beautiful!

much respect for how the fish were handled during the catch and release. Its refreshing to see people holding bass by the belly, and not just trying to rip its jaw out by the lip.

What fly rod did you use? I'm pretty sure the reel was a hydros sl and am guessing by the rod color and reel that the guest was using a Helios 2 and you a recon, but I don't know for sure and don't know the weight of the rod.

What kind of boat is this? Center console what? I want a boat just like this but I don't have a budget of $40k for s triton.. I'm looking more at $10k -$4k for a 20-24' er. I just want that style of design and size. I don't need that new of a boat tho. Even if it's an old 80's boat I'd be happy.. Are there any boats similar in style but budget friendly?
@mrmidnight327 жыл бұрын
For off and on shore BTW. Or else I'd just grab a skiff
@marcusyoung28707 жыл бұрын
CK_32 It's a bay boat. Look around the classifieds, I'm sure you could find a nice bay boat for that price range.
@deadlyshark54397 жыл бұрын
So that boat is a 24 foot-ish triton bay boat ( called something like Ltz or Lts or something) but when it comes to that style of boat in your price range, it is going to be hard to find one that isn't fully worn down and such. If you do have trouble, I would recommend maybe an aluminum bay boat before looking at skiffs. Aluminum is usually cheaper( and lighter-so smaller engine and better mpg) than fiberglass. Just my 2 cents though

Deadly Shark What he said
@deadlyshark54397 жыл бұрын
+Deadly Shark but aluminum would only be optional for just inshore fishing
