If you had brighter color clothes and a lot more logos you might have done better. Plus, hardly any hollering. LOL.

why do you need to use a baitcaster to punch through grass?
@UnfathomedFishing8 жыл бұрын
You could use a spinning rod I guess.

These fish don't seem to put up much of a fight.Most fish were landed within 5 to 7 seconds of hook up.Or do you edit out the time it takes to land one.

I'm sorry but I don't get the bass thing.. I normally use 60lb braid for 150lb halibut here in Norway and it is plenty strong, but I see people so often in america using up to 80lb line to catch a 2lb fish. And the argument that you fish in the weeds is totally dead because with 15lb braid you can just horse the fish right out of the thickest vegetation imagineable without the line ever breaking. But maybe 2+2=5 over there

Eh i mean the mindset seems to be "Used the heaviest line I can get away with". Especially when you are punching through thick matts like this with 1-2oz of weight, you arent using 65lb braid for the 2lb fish, you are using it for the chance of 10lb fish. But you arent wrong, 65lb might be overkill, but at the same time there isnt a good reason not to use it

I never understood bass fishermen that strictly fish for bass. Theres so much more out there in saltwater... esp in florida!
