How to catch impoundment Barramundi

Over last few years I've been guided around Lake Awoonga by Justin Nye from Gladstone Fly and Sportfishing not only is he a cracking bloke but a seriously good Barra fisherman.
I recon the test of a good guide is when the fishing gets tough, on our last trip we managed to time it with a solid cold south easterly change which certainly slowed the fish down.
So Justin as he does came up with a plan and we stuck to it landing some cracking fish.
One other cool element was testing Berkley Fishings new Shimma Pro Rig on the lakes Barra. They have a great rolling action and certainly made a difference
