That looks EXACTLY where I was on Thursday. I hit the Trim thanks to your recommendation for the opener with my first waders and caught my first two browns. 3/4 of the river was frozen and was basically gone in the upper section. if you went down near 430th Ave (and then like a mile south on 0) there was a good amount of flowing water and a great access point from a bridge. I probably will not be going trout fishing for a few weeks until we get into some warmer temps because there was too much ice in some of the best spots on the river. Honestly, I had to go back and forth so much I am surprised I didn't see you 😭😭. Good video Mike!

Thanks! Some of the streams get pike and bass that swim up during flooding and just end up hanging around since the food supply is so plentiful
