NASA Astronaut Tracy C. Dyson Training Resource Reel

NASA astronaut Tracy C. Dyson trains for her upcoming mission to the International Space Station. It will be her third trip to space overall, and her second long-duration mission to the International Space Station. Dyson will launch on the Roscosmos Soyuz MS-25 spacecraft with Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Novitskiy and a spaceflight participant, becoming a member of the Expedition 70/71 crew. Throughout her approximately 6 month mission, Dyson will conduct numerous scientific experiments and maintain the space station. She’ll return alongside cosmonauts Oleg Kononenko and Nikolai Chub.

The astronauts help each other on the space station, you can go back and watch the archives. The ones who don't go on the spacewalk help attach all the parts of the suit together before the participating astronauts leave.

There's seven people on the space station. Two do a spacewalk and usually two others help them suit up.
