It is still interesting for me that there is no concepts like down or up thing(?) in space. In earth, ground and sky are exist. But not in space. So there is no need to choose floor and ceiling when geniuses build that place

you are basically stand up all the time. if the camera man followed her movements, it would feel like upside again.
@eltmg71356 жыл бұрын
There is no up or down there at all. It's only a matter of perspective, the ISS has a floor, a ceiling, and two walls, and most of the equipment they work with is on the sides, but if you were in an empty box in orbit, with no windows, you would absolutely have no idea where the earth is, or where up and down is. In fact, when you sleep and you wake up again, you don't even know if the wall you are facing is the same one you faced yesterday. So the only reason the ISS even has a ceiling is because they orient most of their equipment in the same orientation, so if you were "upside down", most of the laptops and flags and so on would be upside down, but some things are on the wall, like a lifting machine, when you just have to turn around and it feels the same as it did before, but the others see you standing on the wall. That's why once you're inside the sleeping chamber, you don't even realize where the chamber is, especially if you close the "door"

How do computers work in space I really need to know this question
@jeffdunhamvevo9534 жыл бұрын
It's exactly the same
@Avatar23124 жыл бұрын
Same as on earth, but because they sometimes float upside down you have to perform all tasks in reverse. So if you want to print some excel tab you have to print it first and then write in the program what you want to print, but you have to put it there and then delete it, so in the end you have an empty sheet. And the next step is to start Excel the first time and finally to turn on the computer. ;)

Considering this was posted in 2012, so this could possibly have been filmed 2010? 2009? 2008? XP was still supported and used widely. The British Government has only recently switched over to Windows 7, which soon will be out of date.
