I was lucky enough to find this batman figure along with Christopher Reeve's Superman figure from hot toys for $150 plus $20 shipping. It was a steal. The batman alone is worth $100 and the superman is going for over $200 on ebay. Can't wait for them to arrive. I guess the seller was desperate or something.

I had this original version, but have the newer re released 2016 version. Instead of a gloss the cowl is matte. The cape is a little longer and the joints are loser.

I loved this figure at first, but when I got the Hot Toys version, it really put things into perspective. The proportions on this figure are way off: the head too big, the chops too wide/chubby, the legs too short & the torso too long. The eyes aren't that great either & the figure falls over all too easily. The paint job is ok & the actual suit is half decent, as are the extras. This would get 3/5 from me

I just won this batman on eBay yesterday! Cannot wait to get him in the mail in the next couple of days! This thing is a thing of beauty and art! Michael Keaton batman is so iconic! Great review man!

I don't know why...I LOVEEDD the 89' Batman when I was 10yrs old...BUTTT..I just seem to want to 'PASS' on this figure! I'm just more into the 1966 batman and 'ARkham Origins' Batman figures!

The face sculpt is okay but i think its a little better on the hot toys model but everything else is okay.

Depends on what you're looking for really. The Hot Toys 1/6 scale Keaton is incredibly well done too, and comes with a TON of accessories. That said, it is seriously lacking in articulation in some portions due to the Batsuit being all one piece. Not an issue with NECA's 1/4 scale figure. Plus the lower price tag is sure to win over a lot of fans. To me, this guy would be the way to go, if you love quarter scale figures. It comes with all the essentials, great articulation, and the head sculpt is just as good as the Hot Toys version in my opinion.
