We simply can’t always make it to the cinema. We are all much busier than we once were with our full-time jobs outside of this, and especially considering the fact we record our podcast on the weekend. We really try our best to ensure that we get to cinemas to see the latest big things, but unfortunately, as this isn’t our job, sometimes it’s not possible. We will try to get better at reviews again, for sure, but sometimes it’s not as easy as just seeing everything. We also just thought this would be a cool episode; it wasn’t a patron recommendation.

Big fan of the podcast, I just wanted to point out that I think the jump between tiers on patreon is too big, $5 is too low in my opinion, but I don't want to become a best director. I feel like the lowest tier should be $10-15. Anyways, keep up the great work!

Last Jedi is a definition of a bad movie with redeemable qualities, thus nuance is really hard with this one. Some people value those redeemable qualities, and ignore the issues, so they end up thinking the movie is great. The other group of people ignore the qualities and say the movie is complete trash, which is also not true.
