Is there any activities to keep us busy? Not sure if 7 days are too long?
@JammyJourney4 жыл бұрын
Plenty to do. You might also consider splitting your time between 2 or more resorts like we always do.

Were the mantas at Reethi Beach or Faru?
@JammyJourney4 жыл бұрын
We did not see any mantas near these resorts, or near any Maldives resort we ever stayed so far. When we stayed at Reethi Beach, we did take the boat to Hanifaru Bay to swim with lots of beautiful manta rays. Amazing animals! It was great!

Jammy Journey thanks for the reply. Where were they feeding the mantas on the beach?
@alexisstubbs35094 жыл бұрын
Jammy Journey maybe they were stingrays in the video
@JammyJourney4 жыл бұрын
Alexis Stubbs yes, at Reethi Beach, they fed a variety of rays each day beachside, but not mantas. These rays were more like pets.

I booked this trip and convincing my fiancé to go next year. I am leaving from Canada (departure) What airport am I suppose to land? Can you let me know how do I get from airport to this respite? Is it airplane and than the sea boat? Or I’m kind confused. How much does it cost to get from airport to this place? The resort o bikes includes breakfast and dinner too. It’s half-half. Do you know if they offer vegan/vegetarian menu for my coming wife? Any help would appreciate it? Are 7 days worth it or too long?

Most of your questions are answered in great detail by the resort here: reethifaru.com/getting-here/ We had lots of vegetarian options are all the restaurants on the island. 7 days sounds perfect to us. Have a great time!

Which is better among bandos and reethi beach resort ? What is the difference between all meals and all inclusive deal
@JammyJourney4 жыл бұрын
We loved both Bandos and Reethi Faru, but Reethi was more expensive, especially when considering the high cost of air transfer. “All meals” does not include beverages, whereas “all inclusive” does and often also covers some extras, like equipment rental and some excursions. Best to clarify policies with whichever resort you decide upon. Thanks for for watching!

awesome detailed video. Thanks for your effort, i am looking at booking this resort in Dec, can I book the transfer from Male to the Resort myself or will it be best to book it through the resort. I am on a tight budget with 2 kids and wife... thought it would be helpful if u share your opinion...

Transfers can be tricky in Maldives. We always recommend asking your resort directly about booking options. We transferred to Reethi Faru from their sister property Reethi Beach, so they handled the transfer for us at a modest cost. Best of luck and have a great trip. Thanks for watching and we hope to see you again on our channel!

Hey guys! Great reviews! One question from me: You've been to Embudu and Fihalhovi as well. How does the reef and marine life of the resorts compares to the Reethi Faru? The three hotels are in our closer selection for next year. Thanks!
@JammyJourney5 жыл бұрын
All 3 were great in their own way. Embudu had the most sharks. We did not appreciate the lack of eco-friendly practices at Fihalhohi, so we have a difficult time recommending it, despite having amazing nature there. Reethi Faru and Embudu were great all around.

@@JammyJourney thanks for your reply! Was the reef at Reethi Faru in a better shape/ more healthy corals than from Embudu? Or about the same?
@JammyJourney5 жыл бұрын
@@thomasschindler5713 About the same. Both reefs experienced several bleaching events in recent years and have not truly recovered. Corals are not in great shape, but tons of marine life at both, for sure.
