Very nicely renovated. I really like that the old-fashioned moldings were kept in the entertaining spaces and the stair well and the fireplace mantles were kept. I also like that the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated to a high standard. The solarium will be a good place to have breakfast on mild days once it is furnished. I very much like that the townhouse has a roomy wine cellar and staff quarters in the basement. I would replace the fitted carpets in the bedrooms with wood flooring. Now the townhouse just needs an interior designer to put some color on the walls, add some high-end light fixtures, add custom drapes, choose some nice rugs and furnish the rooms to a high standard.

The green Chinese had-painted wallpaper is beautiful, but doesn't go with stark white walls. You'd have to paint the walls green, and most wouldn't like that. Anyway, a beautiful house that could use an elevator.

€14000 rent per month! Why would people spend that kind of money on rent? If you had that kind of money you would buy a property surely. The only thing I can think of are stupid companies renting for employees short term.
@maggiesatterfield24025 жыл бұрын
CEO rental. NO company would spend that on a regular employee.
@michellerenwickwilson89755 жыл бұрын
Ridiculous! Buy the place if you can afford to spend that much! When you rent, you are helping to pay someone else's mortgage, when you could be paying your own.

Clearly designed to rent to a rich sugar daddy, so he can save money on expensive Paris hotel rates and keep his stable of gold digging whores someplace secret, while avoid being noticed in expensive Paris hotels by family friends and business associates (can be very awkward to explain the high maintenance supermodel he is dining with, when he bumps into people in Paris that know his wife) and no doubt he is paying the rent in cash every month, just a drop in the bucket out of the millions he needs to launder every month... you know the type, the corrupt government party members and army generals from communist China and Russia, that have stolen billions in cash and secretly live like kings outside their own country.

Why is the video twitching like that ? It's very annoying. I mean come on people, you're filming an expensive house in Paris, the video has to match the quality ! And put some music too 😉 Now regarding the house itself. I adore the veranda but why the sad, grey floor ? The others rooms have warm, cosy floor and there is this monstruosity just there ? No, thank you. I like how the floor from the living rooms (the woodfloors) and the kitchen are assorted but it makes the floor from the entryway stand out, it doesn't even match the veranda's ! I have nothing else to say except the shape of the rooms on the last floor are weird and the flues for the fireplaces sticking out. Makes the rooms very hard to furnish...

@fernarias5 жыл бұрын
Armoire, chest, chest of drawers. Plus, the french don't machine dry their clothes so they are air dried, ironed and then stored folded instead of hanged like in the US.

Deposed Princess Lavina who was a ballerina once married to Skid Row Sebastian Bach did not like the kitchen as it was too stark and modern,also she noticed the door handles and inexpensive light fittings were too modern.Otherwise she thought building and appartment was beautiful.
