@@RefeelYoga Have you thought about making videos about hatha yoga in addition to kundalini yoga videos? It seems to me, that hatha yoga is more popular on youtube, than any other kind of yoga 😅 It may promote your channel to the masses!

Is there any difference between ashwini mudra and mula banda?

Yes, Ashwini Mudra is the contraction of the anus while Mulabandha is the opening of the Yoni (for women)

Note: In Yogi Bhajan's system, he groups all three lower locks (Ashwini, Mulabandha and Vajroli/Sahajoli Mudra) together and called it Mulabanadha. But in other Yogic and Tantric systems they are all separate, with individual functions
