Marie-France, what a stunning journal of all your wonderful handmade goodies! I just started junk journaling myself and am where you were not knowing where a saved file goes, what a PDF or zip file are, what to make my ephemera with and why, and where to get pretty supplies so I can get started making pockets and belly bands and such. Now I need to buy a printer and am looking around for one that will print on many different types of papers. I hope one day to make these gorgeous memories like you have my friend. Thanks so much for sharing your hard work with us. Many blessings and big love from Canada 🇨🇦✨💕

Thank you 😊 When I decided to get into this beautiful adventure, I did research on printers that would be low cost for printing all the papers I was planning on downloading. I went with an Ecotank and I just love it. The quality is perfect and hardly uses ink, best investment I made along with my sewing machine. Hugs from BC.

I love your reference journal. Everything in it is so unique. You should do tutorials on them. Your masterboard is beautiful. It is so nice to see someone make on where the papers are not all square or rectangle. I haven’t made a masterboard yet, but when I do it will be like yours. All of my prototypes are in a plastic bin. I plan on making a reference journal but haven’t gotten to it yet. It’s on my list-to-do.

I was the same way when I did my first journal. Now when I start a new journal I focus on the project, write ideas down as I think about them in the middle of night 😂 then I gather everything I think I’ll use. When I start I put my signatures together, then make ephemeras, pockets, etc. and then I work on the cover. Just have fun 😊

Hi Marie...I really enjoyed your video....lots of great ideas! However, I was really in love with the digitals that you attributed to the Pink Monarch. I have downloaded many of her digitals, and was surprised that I missed the ones in your journal. I went and scanned her Etsy shop again, and don't see any of the beautiful florals in your journal here. Thank you anyway for the great example of ideas for all to see!

Wow, thank you for sharing! I too started one after I fell down the rabbit hole of making JJ's. They get full fairly quickly and I love it. I usually stick a thicker piece like the one at 5:30 in between the signatures. Into that space between each signature. That space is also good to add a pen/cil holder or a chain connected to the pen/cil without making the book extra chunky or bulky.
