Thank you for forging a “road less travelled” with non invasive ways to enhance health and beauty. It’s important to learn how the body actually works and oh so strangely rare in regards to beauty. Thank you for your work!

Hillary, as a business own & a holistic person, I relate to how many hats we have to wear. Many people are CLUELESS as to how well rounded one has to be to actually present yourself appropriately. I feel that you have created a wonderful environment, an environment that I would be happy to step into for a treatment. Love your aesthetic look & value. You have captured the Vibration of holding space for your clients, will every item you have in your healing room. You have many beautiful mindful touches, so keep creating those & defining your individuality. From my point of view, because there are many complimentary side effects to CUPPING, different techniques can be initiated to bring correction. There is not 1 technique, but there are basic guideline DOES & DONTS, you did not present many DONTS in your technique. Maybe the way the editor constructed it was not mapped right. Thank you for putting yourself out there and creating a blissful feel to SELFLOVE❤ I wish you all the best.

@Belinda Thank you for your kind reply. I appreciate your generosity of spirit. That's a rare quality these days. And yes, the video was just snippets of the full 90 min treatment, edited into a little 6 min video. It's hard to show all of the subtle things I do. All the best to you! :)

Is your main objective to move the lymph to drain? If so the lymph nodes sit right under the skin, so using all that pressure and sucking up the skin like that, is not the way to do it. Using low suction is more effective, also don’t forget to open the terminus before you start and close the terminus when you’re done. As far as moving around lymph, you need to follow a specific pattern and route on the lymph nodes to have this treatment be more effective on the client.

Cupping especially on body is very commonly done in Korean medicine (and probs in other Asian medicine too)! Great way to stimulate and stretch some muscles. It’s a nice treatment to have with other rehabs, usually as a sub treatment or massage-like position.

Have you ever wondered what the function of Cupping Therapy is? Cupping is an ancient medical procedure. It relies upon creating a localized suction vacuum with fire or a device to mobilize blood flow. This blood flow thereby aids in the drainage of the lymphatic system. By stimulating the lymphatic system you’re giving the fluid that builds up between the muscle and skin more mobility to move outside the body. Not only does it move the blood through the veins, arteries, and capillaries, but also clears it. Some of these include sore muscles, tension, and clearing colon blockages. As well as, reducing stretch marks, improving the appearance of varicose veins, pain, discomfort, and aiding in blood circulation. Read on for more benefits. Cupping has proven to affect the body up to four inches into the tissues. This depth causes tissues to release toxins and promote healing. A cup will be placed on the skin either by means of heat or suction, which creates a vacuum. This draws up the underlying tissues. When a cup is stationary on the skin for a few minutes, blood stasis forms and localized healing takes place. It’s important to be aware that cupping can leave behind some marks. With moving cupping, it is common to have red or purple marks left on the surface as blood is brought to the area. Whereas with stationary cupping round marks that may resemble bruises might appear depending on the severity of the stagnation in the body. These are pain free and can last from 3 to 7 days. Learn more about the types of jars used in this type of holistic treatment, as well as the differences between stationary and moving cupping therapy by visiting us at www.eacuwell.com/cupping

Mentors, are easy to find? Where is this magical mentor production place you speak of? I mean a mentor who isn’t a scam or asking you for a kidney and thousands of dollars. Conclusion: mentors are plentiful but well mannered and intentioned mentors are a. Rare Or b. Expensive which I understand. If that’s what they do and they’re reputable.

Have you ever thought about calling in a Mentor? That's how I've functioned for 18 years. The Universe delivers. The scams are in most countries you have all these rules & pieces of paper to define you. Go learn basic anatomy & bodymind correlation & start mapping the body out. You will be amazed at how doing your own research gives your own education. It's all out there, enjoy the journey.

Do not do this. The skin on your face and lips are the thinnest on your body. You could end up with broken blood vessels which create permanent disfigurement. Doctors advised against this when a popular TikTok trend went around basically doing the same thing.
@hillarybranoff72422 жыл бұрын
When it's done properly with a trained technician it's not harmful in anyway. When people aggressively drag the cups across the face it can cause harm which is what most online videos show. Most people have not been professionally trained and that is a problem for sure. :)

I am a nurse and aware of thin skin around eyes and forehead. I would steer clear of those areas. Especially eye area because products have to have pH of 7.3 to 7.7 in case you get into the eye. You can easily tear and bruise the thin tissue. Especially elderly skin. I would definitely do the rest of the face though.
