I wouldn’t worry too much about the odd copyright strike, depends if your reason to KZbin is purely to earn some extra cash or to share your journeys? We vlogged the Thai festival in the UK last weekend and every song got a copyright strike but the Vlog want blocked in any countries.

The other river is Nam Khan, tributary of the Mekong. Luang Prabang lovely. Be sure to take warm clothing though.
