That story u describes is one event doesnt matter if its real or what, but hell is constantly brought up and described in precise detail what ot will be like. And moreover God describes the reaction of the disbelievers whose fate will be to live in it. "And the disbeliever will say 'I wish I was dust'" surah naba

Great lecture Dr YQ . I came across ‘ Marvellous Quran’( MQ) by Dr Hany Atcha ! Which gives different tafseer of the story of Adam . He says , Adam mentioned is prophet Muhammad SAW and the word Zauj is not wife but partner or pair of Adam means Ibliss … I’m sure many people following MQ are confused !

This is why when we die, if we're going to jannah the angel turns our head towards hell to see it first, then towards jannah and leaves it there. It's important to know how bad things can get. May Allah protect us and give us tawfeeq. Ameen.

What are you even talking about? Adam AS failed test yes but didn’t come to earth for sin but it was destined and Allah SWT told him to stay for short while and will send hidaya from ME whoever shall follow will not need to be despair. Come on Sheikh

Yes, it was the plan of Allah that Adam AS *eventually* go down to Earth. But *when* this happened was determined exclusively by Adam AS's free will, and the extent to which he was able to follow the command of his Creator. Yes, Adam AS was supposed to go down to Earth, but OF COURSE he would have wanted to stay in the Garden for longer. You could have been so inspired and uplifted by this talk, but instead you were focused on pointing out a fault. How unfortunate for you!

@@naushad5139 I dont even see it as a fault for not pointing this out. It would've been a whole different lecture on Qadr. This was a lecture about forgiveness, duas, and hope something which is related to the blessed 10 nights. We ask for Allah to forgive us and by his mercy we are forgiven, we make lots of duas in the 10 nights and at the same time we have hope that Allah will accept our good deeds. People just wanna seem more knowledgeable which is they leave such comments.

@@Sunflowersarepretty I am not trying to showcase my knowledge whatsoever, it just that Adam AS is our father, and you need to understand there are many Muslims out there who believe we are here because of his Sin. So we need to be explicit about the Allah(SWT) plan and then talk about Adam AS forgiveness.

Isnt it Allah created Adam to be the khalifah of the world? So whether or not he sins there, he'll definitely coming to earth, sooner or later? irregardless.

Yes sooner or later. If you were in Heaven, would you want to leave sooner? Or would you rather want to leave later? Wouldn't you have some regret that it happened sooner just because of your own mistake which you did by your own free will?
