Just a day rain Chennai submerged! Monsoon exists for two months if rain pours for two months it will be disaster. Apart from political blamegame nothing useful has been done. Worst part is sewage water, drainage water and drinking water all mixes and don't know which water we are drinking! No proper plan approval for draining accumulated water. God save Chennai!
