This is by far the best ive seen,and will probably be the GOAT. Just purchased my first reflex ball, and bugger me brother, the talent you have is out of this world. Ill get it done and challenge myself to become as good as you bloke. Any tips you could share apart from consistency and dedication. And too right it is so addictive, and there aint no way a ball and elastic string is beating this 41 year old fella from the land down under. ( Australia that is). @Dan-mu3rq thanks so much for the kind words brother. Just make sure u have the room and don't do it in the living room haha. Keep the string the length from your head to your belt then when you become better then shorten it about an inch. If u have the string too short u won't be able to practice the tricks with it. Start simple first just using hands then create a rhythm and try other things. I'll do a tutorial for u if you want ?

Cool dude! I'm missing the hook to back elbow most of the time. I try it with a more diagonal upward hook followed by a elbow strike the same way back and over the top of the head. Like a Muay Thai counter. You seem to be the only one on KZbin being really creativ with it. Like your videos👍

I started during covid times in 2020 but iv improved each time. Cheers brother
