He's the majority owner of a privately run company and he's running it as such. The "membership" as they call it, even though the councillors are actually employees of the company, have absolutely no say in how the company is run and would have been aware of this when they were first employed by Farage. It's the same for their MPs, they have no power in this company. This is all by design, it didn't happen by accident. Their MPs, their councillors, and their subscribers do not have any say in the business of the company. Polybius wrote about this around 2000 years ago, this has happened on every known occasion that a company has been set up in this manner to masquerade as a political party. We have 2000 years of evidence of this happening on every occasion. This should be a surprise to nobody.

I'm amazed at the cognitive dissonance of Farage and his personal image of what he thinks his own party subscribers actually are. He has publicly rejected TR and has disavowed any support for TR - despite most of his suscriberes EXPLICITLY supporting TR and his vicious ideology. Farage is trying to make Reform more palatable for the country, and has been portraying Reform as a not-so-extreme-as-you-think party and i truly think he believes this. But the facts are that most in Reform think support TR and that support for TR is toxic gas for most in the country. Whatll happen is that Reform will break into two stumps - one even more extreme and doomed for that, and the other a sort of pale immitation of the Tory party.

I say its great because when does it, suddenly all the media talks about him like he's just some mid-bench Tory, rather than the toxic influence he has been.

Great that everyone is so quick to condemn the Reform UK members, much in the same way as Starmer calls patriotic people far right! I couldn't care less about disinformation based from the media, political parties and the Establishment or the apparent failings of Farage (ironic that his message hasn't changed for thirty years). I want my country back! Proud to be a Reform UK member.

the problem you have is reform is a registered business with 15 shares and farage owns about 10 of them , find another party or start a new party

Spot on. As you'll probably have noticed though, Ben is of Irish descent and you will find that a lot of America's "low-context" language goes hand in hand with the high number of Irish immigrants in the early days of the country. You will also find that low-context American English is slowly taking over British English with people not even realising that their language is being replaced by what is essentially low-context "internet speak".

@jakeforder9435 I think what I'm trying to say is he's not even in power we spend time squabbling over this we are diverted from southport, from the massive cover up on the most heinous crimes committed against all those girls, failure to washing women failure in the winter cold weather payments failure to support business failure on and on I could go also Farage told BBC Newsnight the councillors who had quit were put forward by a "rogue branch" of the party and that "none of them passed vetting".

Notice no programme on the 20 plus councillors who resigned en mass from labour. LBC is truly lost. We know some of the reform councillors were under review after searches turned up unsavoury info. LBC is still excusing the HUGE RAP GANG culture by pakistani muslim men. Wonder why this channel has such poor ratings? Hmmm
@trevormannsfield14 сағат бұрын
Where are they excusing that? What are you on about?
@alwhyte653313 сағат бұрын
@trevormannsfield don't try to use reason. Regardless of what information they are given, they only hear Fagash speaking, theyvare brainwashed.

But Labour has a much larger volume of councillors than Deformed. So almost the same volume resigning their posts is far more significant than Labour losing them.

If Nigel is forced out as Reform leader then people may as well accept that uniparty politics will continue in the UK and our country is finished. No one can step into the leadership shoes of Nigel Farage and I hope the greater number of Reform supporters recognise that truth. People are trying to undermine Reform folks. Beware!
