The Competition Commission is the only organisation that is the most suited regulatory body to correct the economy/markets. We need CCP because of highly cartelised markets. This is the only organisation that catches cartels, monopolies, duopolies, review the legal and regulatory framework of various sectors to create equal access in the markets.

Pakistan money is well invested in Papa John's Pizza, private islands near Australia, and real estate markets in Dubai, London, and Toronto. Great job, Pakistan!!!

Pakistan’s tax to GDP ratio is among the lowest in South Asia. If the actual GDP is larger than the currently recognized GDP, tax to GDP ratio would be further lowered. Yet this gentleman has great objections to improving tax to GDP. Pakistan’s property tax is pathetic. Pune (the 8th largest city in India collects more property tax than entire Pakistani Punjab. Again this guy objects to the minuscule property tax currently collected by Pak government. Why should other countries help Pakistan when Pakistan won’t help itself?

1:42:00 speaker has said that to get 8% growth based on current ICOR, 28% investment to GDP ratio is needed. This implies an ICOR of 3.5 which is extremely efficient. You cannot simultaneously claim that ICOR is as low as 3.5 and state that Pakistan is not an investment friendly nation. One of the two statements must be false.

In Pakistan "subsidies and relief always given in wrong way to non technical rich persons and families by the government" not to the technical person's include youth, who can play a excellent role in pakistan development. It is recommended from experts and from me that "The pakistan government should invest in technical person's especially youth and try to get development work from it's technical youth".
